Here are the top stories in Glen Burnie today: The Tate Cancer Center in Glen Burnie is known for providing a full spectrum of comprehensive care to patients. Because of this, they have received a 3-year accreditation from the Commission on Cancer (COC). The center offers support, clinical trials and genetic counseling to their patients. (Patch)Regardless of what county you live in, it is always scary to hear about a child being abducted. Thankfully, this has a happy ending, since the child was found safe. The 9-year-old girl was abducted from her aunt's house in Westminster by her 33-year-old sister. She was found unharmed in Edgemere, and her abductors were taken into custody. (News Break)Recently, Anne Arundel County put a bill in place that requires gun stores to have suicide prevention pamphlets readily available for customers. Many gun dealers are not happy with this and feel their first amendment rights are being violated. Violators will be fined if they do not have these pamphlets available, because of this the gun dealers are ready to sue Anne Arundel County. (WMAR 2)An attack happened on the 5000 block of Ritchie Highway Tuesday, May 10. A juvenile was walking down the street at about 6:30 p.m. when a 23-year-old woman reportedly attacked.
