There are no meters in this area and you will have to take some extra time to explore if its your first time. 2) The Galleria Mall area and is a 12/15 minute walk over the Sunrise Blvd drawbridge. CECI BIO: Ceci Lester ERYT 500, YACEP, IAYT, LMT, PTA, ViniYoga Therapist Ceci has been a student of yoga for 30 years, and her approach teaching yoga is shaped by her Viniyoga therapy studies over several years with a leading senior yoga therapy educator, Gary Kraftsow. Intense study and dedicated work has culminated in an International Association of Yoga Therapists Certification with the world recognized Viniyoga therapy school. Her yoga teaching is supported by three distinct 200 hour yoga teacher trainings in Kundalini yoga with Amrit Andrew Levinson, Astanga Vinyasa teacher’s training at the Shakti Yoga Shala, Anusara teacher’s training at the Garden of the Heart, and in Mysore, India practicing with Sri K Pattabhi Jois. Profoundly curious about the human structure and its proclivity for suffering, Ceci is an avid student of anatomy and kinesiology. Ceci has treated and observed human bodies as a licensed massage therapist for 30 years. as a physical therapist’s assistant, using traditional physical therapy and yoga therapy for 15 years. As a medical professional, Ceci has facilitated the physical, mental and emotional healing of people after traumatic injury, major surgeries, and those suffering with chronic pain and neurological conditions.
