Press release from the City of Colorado Springs: May 9, 2022 The City of Colorado Springs is inviting community members to attend a series of upcoming in-person open houses to share feedback on the ConnectCOS Transportation Plan and Platte Avenue Corridor Studies. Starting in mid-May, the City will host six open houses, one in each City Council District, to share comprehensive project updates, collect detailed feedback from the community and allow residents to ask detailed questions of project staff. During the open houses, attendees will be able to visit stations and converse with project staff on topics related to technical analysis, public engagement, mapping of corridors and proposed projects. Community members are welcome to attend any of the open houses, regardless of where they live or work. Open houses on May 16, 17 and 25 will include stations on the Platte Avenue Corridor Study and ConnectCOS. Open houses on May 26, 31 and June 7 will only have stations on ConnectCOS.
