BOULDER, CO — The Boulder County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday that a man convicted of a sex crime is moving to the town of Superior.
The sex offense that Nathanal David Allan Lobato, 29, was convicted of — sexual assault of a child — requires registration with law enforcement. Officials determined Lobato is a "sexually violent predator" with a "high potential to re-offend," prompting community notification, according to a news release.
The Boulder County Sheriff's Office reminded locals that harassing Labato or his significant others will not be tolerated; vigilantism is likewise, a crime.
