Description
Eloy isn't just a small town here in Arizona, but one of Germany's most succesful bands(next to the Scorpions).
they never really branched out to the states.
I wish to bring the music of Eloy to the valley. which requires some skilled musicians, and passion for telling a story with music.
keyboards, specifically Moog and old synth sounds.
Bass guitar, which is up in front of the music, very active and vibrant riffs unlike the usual riding in the background.
Guitar, which there are 2 roles, one of background harmonics, clean chorus riffs, harder distorted riffs, and depending on the song, some unique solos.
Female backup vocals, which Eloy usually had 2 talented women who would not only be in the background, but songs like Follow the Light have them in the front during the Chorus.
Primary vocals are pretty straightforward, sometimes giving a monologue instead of singing, though some songs demand a higher range for the melody.
Frank Bornemann was guitar and main vocals, but would often sling the guitar back to focus on the vocals. however 2 roles could be accomplished with a primary female singer, and a backup
for best reference of material, and what would be desired, listen to the Reincarnation On Stage live performance.
