NEW JERSEY - It's not a Royale with cheese, but it'll do.
Iconic film star Samuel L. Jackson of "Pulp Fiction," "Star Wars" and "Jurassic Park" fame was spotted last week in North Jersey while filming for a new movie, dining at none other than a North Arlington restaurant Lassoni last week, per the restaurant's social media.
"What a great surprise!!! Look who had lunch with us today," the restaurant wrote on Facebook Wednesday. "Thank you so much".
Jackson, 73, is currently filming "Kill Room," described as a dark-comedy with fellow "Pulp Fiction" actor Uma Thurman.
"A hitman, his boss, an art dealer and a money-laundering scheme that accidentally turns the assassin into an overnight avant-garde sensation, one that forces her to play the art world against the underworld," the upcoming movie's IMDB listing reads.
The film's crew was seen at Neptune Bakery in Jersey City on Monday and Tuesday, moving to the Hoboken waterfront later in the week. Read more: PHOTOS: Uma Thurman, Samuel L. Jackson Film 'Kill Room' In Hoboken
The movie is listed as filming in Hoboken and Jersey City throughout May.
