Here are the top three stories in Chattanooga today: The Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga celebrated its 30th year of providing scholarships. The foundation's Together We Can program provides need-based scholarships to first-generation public high school seniors who are college-bound. The man was part of a crew working in the building and he fell approximately 20 feet due to the elevator car not being in place.
