We do have a small business in Mount Vernon,we are looking for a warehouse in Mount Vernon, Yonkers or the Bronx and the space we need is between 3000 sq feet to 8000 sq feet to lease for long term, This warehouse will be used just as storage, not need to have loading dock, bathroom or partition inside, this space will be used to storage items we are selling on line, we do have a office in another location, we looking something affordable.
