Regarding Oregon Life Homes being shady. I have done 3 transactions with the owner before he became the lead broker (since 2016). Read the reviews that are up online. You sound like a competitor that can't handle the heat. If you think some Ford dealers aren't shady Ford let people burn to death in the Pinto to save money knowing before they released the car people would burn to death to save the company money. Fact.
