From the City of West Palm Beach: November 2, 2020 City of West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James has issued Executive Order (EO) 2020-15, which states that outdoor events requiring City services or permits may be conducted, providing: The applicant submits a plan that establishes enhanced COVID-19 protocols, taking into consideration the guidelines established by the CDC to prevent the spread at events and gatherings. The applicant will abide by the submitted protocols when conducting their event. The City reserves the right to revoke an issued permit in the event that the applicant is noncompliant with their COVID-19 plan or permit conditions, and to deny future events for these same reasons. Indoor events held in City-owned/operated facilities will: Have a cap of 50% capacity with social distancing. Follow COVID-19 mitigation requirements set by the City in order to use above referenced facilities.
