Hello, My name is Creighton Holley, and I am the Owner/Operator of Milky Mountain Contracting LLC. I moved to the Colorado Springs area last year and am beginning to book more projects than I can keep up with. I am looking for labor help on a project basis. The projects I am scheduling are mainly landscaping and fencing. Our primary focus is xeriscaping. I would like to find someone to work with that can supply labor for a daily rate of $250 per person for an 8 hour day. This is open to negotiation for the right crew. I will complete all the planning and provide all materials and tools. For all big jobs, I will have heavy equipment. I will provide lunch for all laborers each day. I just need someone to be reliable and show up at scheduled jobs. Work days can be 8-4 or 9-5. There is a job in Colorado Springs (Woodmen/25 Area) that I will start the week of May 23. I need two laborers for three days, Wednesday May 25-Friday May 27. I will perform all site prep and grading, and have all materials on site. The laborers would be installing edging, installing gravel/mulch, planting trees/shrubs, and placing boulders with the help of heavy equipment. Pay would be $1500 for two people over three days.
