Press release from the Borough of Pottstown: May 9, 2022 The Borough of Pottstown is seeking a firm to serve as Pottstown Municipal Airport's Fixed Based Operator. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to foster competition for aviation services at the Pottstown Municipal Airport (N47) in accordance with the Borough's objectives and Federal Aviation Administration requirements, and to choose a qualified primary Fixed Base Operator (FBO) for the provision of general aviation FBO services. The provision of specialized aviation services is also desirable, but optional. The contents of the RFP are provided as background and general information for Proposers, and as a guide to evaluate submitted Proposals. This press release was produced by the Borough of Pottstown.
