BLOOMINGTON, MN — Motorists will not be able to use northbound Highway 77 between the Minnesota River and Interstate 494 in Bloomington this weekend. Those lanes will close Friday at 8 p.m. so that crews from the Minnesota Department of Transportation can resurface the pavement.
These ramps will also close at that time:
E. Old Shakopee Road to northbound Highway 77Cliff Road to northbound Highway 77Diffley Road to northbound Highway 77Highway 13 to northbound Highway 77All northbound Highway 77 lanes and ramps are set to reopen at 5 a.m. on Monday. Southbound Highway 77 and all of its entrance and exit ramps will remain open.
The closures are a part of the Highway 77/Cedar Avenue construction project.
MnDOT crews are resurfacing the Highway 77 pavement between the Minnesota River in Bloomington and Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis through fall 2022.
