On Wednesday, October 28, 2020, 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., the City of West Palm Beach Office of Sustainability, the University of Florida's Thompson Earth Systems Institute, and partners will host a seminar exploring how climate change will affect food waste, food production and food livestock and what we can do to ensure a sustainable future. The featured speaker will be University of Florida Assistant Professor in Breeding and Genetics Dr. Germán Sandoya. This online event is open to the public.
