The Council will consider the property tax abatement to finance the Park System Improvement Plan improvements (Project) located in the City. The City proposes to issue General Obligation Tax Abatement Bonds, Series 2022A (Bonds) in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $20,730,000, which will be used to finance the Project. The City will use the property tax abatements to pay the principal of the Bonds.
