I need a sous chef/BOH manager for prep + 3 events 5/17-21.
You'll be in charge of sending out platters/supplying the buffet while I'm on the floor.
Prep on Tuesday 5/17 time TBD
Prep on Wednesday 5/18 10-6
Prep on Thursday 10-7
Event for 300 on Friday 2-10:30
Event for 300 on Saturday 8:30-2:30
PAYMENT AT THE END OF SATURDAY'S SHIFT

Professional uniform during the events; just be clean for prep.
