Expectations: - Have the ability to read and follow building plans. - Have a clear understanding in the installation of decking, and other exterior products, such as composite fascia, railings, soffit, ETC. Have the ability to install them in a timely and professional manner. - Have a clear understanding of framing decks and roofs. - Understand the orders of operation in the construction of decks and roofs. - Must be able to direct the laborers and skilled laborers during the project to keep the project productive. Understand that as an experienced technician you have a leadership role. You are expected to run the job, and keep people moving, to keep the job moving. - Be punctual and have the ability to meet reasonable deadlines. - Must have your own hand tools. Such as a belt. A drill/impact is a plus. - Ability to get to and from the jobsite. - Ability to cash your own check, or have a bank account. - Must be able to show up to work on time. - Must be willing to travel to the job sites. They are mostly within a 20 mile radius of pittsburgh. - Must be able to operate with minimum supervision or guidance. The offer: - We pay Carpenters between $25.00-$40.00 per hour. It’s all based on your experience and ability to produce. We start everyone at $25 for their first week to see where they are. Experience is very easy to see. Once we see where you are, we adjust your rate without delay. - A $1,000.00 bonus. Paid in (2) payments. 1st at 90days, the other at 180 days. - Early completion bonuses. - Sales Incentives. - Year round work. - Relaxed work environment. - Weekly pay. Qualified applicants will start immediately. Please Note: We don’t pay for messed up work. If something gets messed up, we can learn from it and move on. However there is a difference between messing up, and not knowing what you're doing. We know the difference. We don’t pay for work that was done when someone didn’t know what they were doing, but say they did.
