Forward Home Enhancements LLC is a Pittsburgh, Pa based roofing and decking company. We are currently in search of a dedicated subcontractor who has the ability to take on some of our work load. We are specifically looking for a subcontractor who can build decks, and decks with roofs. From the posts to the ridge cap. If you can handle the whole job, we are looking for you. We are looking to build a long term relationship, and have the workload to sustain your team all year long. Be reasonable with your prices as we have the work, and will pay more and bonus as we work with you organically. All of our jobs are inspected, comprehension of the IRC and prescriptive 6 is a must. Build plans are provided on all projects. Our expectation of a Subcontractor: - Carry your own liability insurance and workers comp if applicable. - Be able to complete projects in a reasonable time period. - Have all of your own equipment and vehicles. - Have the team to complete the project. - Understanding on how to build. - Build to spec, and to code. - Add all safety hardware where applicable. We pay when paid on all projects, which is upon completion of the project. There will be no deposits or consideration for one. All materials and applicable hardware will be provided by us, and delivered by us. If you feel you can work with those terms, we would love to talk. If you are a skilled tradesman and would rather work for us as an employee we are currently hiring carpenters.
