Delzer Diversified, Dirtbiz is currently seeking skilled operators to join our team. Candidate must have reliable transportation to our shop in Big Sky on a daily basis. Typical work weeks consist of Monday through Friday from 7:00am -5:30pm with occasional longer days and weekends depending on work load. Candidates for this position will be required to perform normal maintenance and daily checks of equipment. To be considered for this position candidate must be proficient in operating skid steer, wheel loader, excavator, dozer and possibly road grader. Operators will be responsible for taking direction from site supervisor or project manager to excavate new foundations, install underground utilities, backfill and construct retaining wall along with various other tasks. Skilled operators should be proficient in using grade tools such as laser levels, the ability to read and understand grade site plans or other Construcion blue prints. Operator must have the ability to work outside of a machine in all types of weather along side other crew members to achieve daily tasks. This candidate should be able to communicate well with supervisors and laborers with the ability to self manage one self or a small crew to complete tasks given by supervisors. This is a full time position with the opportunity to grow within the company. Job requirements Must have reliable transportation Must have High school diploma or GED Must have Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Must have 1000 hours in a hydraulically driven equipment Ability to lift 50lbs Communicates and works well with others Ability to work alone or in a small crew Must have a positive attitude Ability to work outside in different weather conditions This position requires some experience in excavation, landscaping, snow removal or construction trades. Again this is a full time year round position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
