Surdo Landscape Contractors Inc. is a full-service landscape design, build, and maintenance contractor with snow operations in the winter months. We are looking for dedicated hard-working employees who truly care and are passionate about their work. We have openings available for Maintenance and Landscape Crew Leaders/Drivers. Qualifications for Maintenance Crew Leader/Driver: Good driving record is required, need to be able to drive a landscape truck with a trailer. Proven ability to operate maintenance equipment, stand-on mowers, trimmers, line trimmers, and all other equipment in a safe manner. Have fundamental knowledge on how to maintain/trim and prune landscape plant materials, etc. Qualifications for Landscape Crew Leader/Driver: Good driving record is required, need to be able to drive a landscape truck with a trailer. Fundamental knowledge of how to install landscape plant materials & how to safely operate small equipment, etc. Knowledge of how to operate a skid steer is a bonus but not necessary. Fundamental knowledge on how to install hardscape, brick paver patios/driveways. Experience with retaining walls, built-in kitchens, etc. is a bonus. We can train any willing candidate who wants to expand their knowledge in the hardscape field. Our pay tiers are based on experience. You have the ability to grow with us and increase your pay. $18.00/hour starting pay for those with solid maintenance mowing and landscape laborers $20.00/hour starting pay for crew leaders in the maintenance/landscape divisions
