I run a residential property management company in Cleveland with properties are far west as Lakewood and as far east as Euclid. I'm looking for a Junior Maintenance Tech / Runner that can handle small repairs and tasks at various properties. Part time or full time hours. Must have their own vehicle. Compensation will range with experience ($15 to $18 per hour.) Some tasks will pay a $25 trip fee and gas stipend will be provided.
