Younger 20's looking to form a power trio

Hi! I'm Gavin (he/him) and I'm 22 years old. I'm mostly just looking to jam with some like minded people for now, but I'd be down to form a band if we feel the energy and are all up to practicing consistently. Generally down for any style of music but I would like to keep it upbeat and fun, a little punky, a little poppy, you get the jist. I play guitar, bass, and drums, and do a little bit of singing. I am happy taking the reigns on whichever role needs to be filled. I do a fair bit of writing as well, but would prefer to not be the only writer if we get to making originals. Some of my biggest influences include Jawbreaker, The Gaslight Anthem, Husker Du, The Replacements, Minor Threat/Fugazi, Rites of Spring, At The Drive-In, Elvis Costello & The Attractions, The Clash, Jay Reatard, Descendents, The Jam, the list goes on. While it doesn't matter to me THAT much, I would prefer to find people who are at least 18 and/or somewhere in their 20s. Happy to work with beginners, though having at least some chops and being able to keep tempo would be nice. I have an available basement practice space that we could use (can't promise the acoustics are great, but it works and the neighbors don't complain).
