Concrete slab with drainage pipe in the middle

I want to build up my floor in a 20 X 10 detached garage with a storage shed. Also, I would like to place a French drain or a drain in the middle. We can cut a hole through the back of the garage for drainage. This garage has vinyl siding on the outside but it's all built with slender blocks. I'm estimating -4 to 6in - 20 X 10 concrete floors over an existing rockey cobblestone floor. I know you need to look at the garage to give an accurate estimate but I would like a ballpark of what it cost for something like this. I can order a concrete truck and pay for the labor or have bags delivered if we're going to manually mix and pour. So if you're not a licensed contractor please include with your reply the process. I need to make sure if this is just a side gig you can handle the project.
