The Tennis Court Doctor (Recreational Surfacers, Inc) is looking for qualified candidates on outdoor tennis court construction and basketball court projects. Qualifications & Skills: - Previous experience repairing and surfacing tennis courts not required. - Must have a valid driver's license. - Must have reliable transportation each morning to our yard or local job site. - Applicants should be dependable and have a strong work ethic. The color coating season short due to the temperature limits of the materials and the season usually starts in late April and lasting into October. Cold and rain severely limit the working abilities of the crews therefore hours can be long in the summer including some occasional weekends. Due to the limited number of skilled individuals in the trade, some occasional travel outside the Twin Cities is needed; however travel, meals and hotels are covered. Advancement Opportunities are available to those showing determination and commitment. For those interested, additional work is also available during winter months performing commercial snow removal.
