I am looking for a construction/contracting company to pass on some of the over flow of leads/jobs I have coming in. Currently I am getting 1-5 leads a day for homeowners looking for decks and porches. Remodels and new construction. These leads are very good/promising. Typically I can close 1 job for every 3-4 leads that come in and depending on your overhead you have the potential to close more! I am looking for someone to either buy the leads from me and deal with the process start to finish or I’m willing to write the estimates and you provide the labor. Details can be discussed more.
