FT Assistant Manager Position - $20/hr Starting at $20/hr + a company provided iPhone OR $50 cell phone allowance (after probation period), and a company gas reimbursement allowance up to $200/per month. We are seeking an Assistant Manager with Open Availability, Monday through Friday, and be on Call 1 weekend per month. Must be able to pass a background check. We are a growing company with opportunities for promotion. This position has room for advancement and growth within the company seeking leadership qualities, organizational skills, leading from within the company. Responsibilities: ~Perform inspections at various accounts on a web based app ~Train employees - Clean, stock, maintain, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) ~Ability to work independently and also work as a team with other cleaners quickly and efficiently ~Ability to start up new accounts solo or train with a team of employee(s) ~Order supplies as needed before they are out of stock ~Ability to do detail cleaning Requirements: ~Proven working experience as a Cleaner (Please provide a resume if you have one with 2 referrals) **Previous experience managing a plus ~Reliable and dependable ~Ability to lift heavy bags and boxes, up to 20lbs ~Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies a plus ~High school degree Contact Marcia if interested: 612-554-1374 or go to www.cmtjanitorial.com and scroll down to "Become an Employee" and click on that and fill out the application.
