Looking to fill a permanent part-time caretaker position for 3 horses, chickens and a few dairy goats for morning chores Thursday through Sunday in Fairfield Township. This position will be open in mid-June. Includes feeding, turnout, cleaning stalls, general farm cleanup and occasionally milking a goat (have machine, will train). Will also need occasional farm sitting which includes morning and evening chores, full responsibility for animals. Someone with attention to detail, punctual, able to work alone who takes pride in their work is the ideal candidate. Able to lift 50 lbs and horse experience absolutely required – no exceptions. Must have reliable transportation, cell phone, 18+. Depending on experience and skills, pays up to $75 per day for morning chores, more for farm sitting.
