A fireplace company in the Destin area is looking for a full-time technician apprentice. No experience needed! Shift hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm. Requirements: - valid license - reliable transportation - clean drug screen General Duties: - Training to Inspect, Repair and Install fireplaces, chimneys, and high-end products, custom products, and providing individually tailored solutions to clients while in the field - You will train to perform inspections, cleaning, repairs, and installations on fireplaces, gas logs, and dryer vents - Use technology & your skills (Framing, Electrical, Masonry, Mechanical, & most Construction trade backgrounds a plus) to help clients through inspections, cleanings, installations, & repairs for fireplaces, gas logs, and dryer vents - Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them - Properly document inspections and completed work with state-of-the-art field software and devices Benefits: - Opportunity to earn nationally recognized certifications - 6 Paid National Holidays - Vision & Dental Insurance - Paid Vacation - Paid Sick Days
