Job Description Under supervision; to assist and self-manage in performing a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance work, cleaning of grounds, landscaping on company owned properties. Duties and Responsibilities - Performs work involved in the cleaning and care of the facilities - Takes care of equipment and materials used in work assignments - Does landscaping and gardening - Clean debris from building grounds, sidewalks, culverts, ditches and right-of-way - Assists in gathering and acquisition of supplies as needed - Moves and arranges furniture and equipment - Assists with the inspection of buildings and facilities for needed repairs - Performs and assists other facility technicians with maintenance and repairs Skills and Qualifications - Minimum of 6-12 months landscape and maintenance - Experience with various power tools and maintenance equipment - Good organizational skills - Approachable and able to develop and maintain strong working relationships - Attention to detail to meet quality standards - Good communication skills - Clearly read, write, and comprehend English - Clean driving record Education - High School education or GED *Must be able to pass Background Check* *Must be able to pass Drug Test, including for Marijuana* Benefits: - 401(k) matching - Employee assistance program - Employee discount - Health insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) - Health savings account - Life insurance - Paid time off - Parental leave - Referral program Find us online at www.rammount.com.
