Need help to find plumbing leak

I have gotten a very high water bill 3 months in a row. It is not due to our water usage. All the indoor plumbing has been checked and no leak found. We turned the water off from the inside main valve, checked the outside meter, and it was not moving. I need someone capable with the right equipment to find a leak if there is one and to demonstrate that the problem is solved. Please respond with your credentials and how your would determine the cost for your service. Someone in the past said they found the leak, fixed it, but the very high water bill remains. I would need a guarantee that the problem is gone. I could also appreciate to be steered in the right direction to someone who can solve the problem.
