Looking for contractor(s) to complete a few odds & ends jobs on a condo about to go up for sale. Specifically: reseal dryer duct in laundry room, paint basement/laundry room and exterior door, repair & paint yard fencing, and rehang exterior shutters for two exterior windows. Also looking for hauler to remove items from yard area. If can do some or all of the jobs needed, that is okay. Please specify which job(s) you can do and your hourly rate (plus materials if applicable).
