Concrete Finisher

I'm a real estate investor looking for a concrete finisher and his or her helper to do some very basic concrete work, in Fairfax and Prince William County. I am looking to pour new walkways and redo some old ones. There are numerous properties. All of demolition work is completed by someone else on the old walkways. I simply need people to form and pour concrete. Most walkways are 3-4 feet wide and 20-30 feet long, by 4". We may not be able to get a concrete truck out so we may need you to use 80lb concrete bags. If we need materials picked up, we'll pay extra for gas etc. Pay is $300 for the finisher and $200 for his or her helper. Must have at least 3 years of experience. We will pay for all materials. Must bring your own basic tools. MUST have your own truck or van. Please email me photos of work you've done. If you feel like you can do the jobs by yourself, I am ok with that, as long as they can get done in one day per job. We can't leave walkways and come back as we please, as we'll get fined by the association(s). Please email me a basic description of work you've done.
