Temple Terrace Police Investigate Shooting Death

TEMPLE TERRACE, FL — Temple Terrace Police are investigating a shooting Monday that left one man dead. At 4:23 p.m. Feb. 24, police were called to 112 S. Burlingame Ave., Temple Terrace, where they found Eric P. Hansen with a gunshot wound. Hansen was taken to AdventHealth Tampa where he died. The shooter, who knew Hansen, has been identified and the Temple Terrace Police Department Criminal Investigation Unit is working with the State Attorney's Office.
