This is suitable for a large dog. It appears to be structurally good, but you can see from the photos that it needs to be reshingled and the plywood on the bottom of one side could be covered or replaced. Looking inside, we can't see evidence of roof leak despite the bad shingles. Please email if you'd like to see it.
