Georgia Woman Dies In Accident At I-75, Fowler Avenue

TEMPLE TERRACE, FL — A 35-year-old woman from Columbus, Georgia, died after her car collided with an embankment and overturned on the Interstate 75 exit ramp at Fowler Avenue Saturday. At 5:05 a.m., the woman was driving north on the I-75 exit ramp leading to Fowler Avenue when she lost control, left the road, rotated and entered the left shoulder of the road where the car collided with the embankment and overturned. The driver died at the scene. A passenger, a 28-year-old woman from Tampa, received minor injuries.
