We are Lifetime Windows and Doors, a residential exterior renovation company serving Central Oregon, for over 24 years. We need hard working and experienced full time employees immediately to help take care of our customer's homes! We are currently expanding our team of installation technicians to primarily replace Windows and Doors, but we also do skylights, roofing and siding. The work is labor intensive. It will require: - moving and climbing on ladders - being on roofs and planks - the use of power tools - the use of basic math to measure and make deductions - an understanding of cleanliness and the ability to clean up a job site - consistency and showing up every day on time - friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with clients Lead Installer, and experienced helper positions are available, with plenty room to grow! Most of our work is in the Greater Bend Area, from Madras to La Pine. We are looking for self-motivated, hard working technicians; people who appreciate details and gets the job done right. We want people who are organized and treat their team members, customers, and equipment with the utmost respect. You must be comfortable with heights and comfortable on ladders. Experience lead technicians that can demonstrate their skill will start at $23-30/hr + production and positive review bonuses. We offer comprehensive medical, dental and IRA benefit packages. All vehicles, tools, supplies and materials are provided, you’ll just need hand tools and a great attitude to start.
