Long established Oregon based general contractor specializing in commercial and retail construction solutions is hiring superintendents, carpenters, and laborers for tenant improvement projects located throughout the United States. Benefits include: *Healthcare *401k with match *Per diem *Overtime after 40 hours / week *Transportation & Accommodations where applicable Desired Experience: *Retail/Commercial Tennant Improvements *Commercial repair/maintenance Desired Abilities: *Strong carpentry skills *Strong general trade experience Responsibilities include: *80% travel *Work in a fast-paced/safety conscience environment *Take-offs/pre-construction *Wood/metal framing *Drywall and FRP *Finish experience is a plus *Maintain daily and weekly paperwork *Must supply and maintain own hand tools Candidates should also be able to exhibit the following skills: *Positive attitude towards change *Ability to identify issues, remove barriers, and accomplish tasks *Good common sense and applied logic *Work safely and maintain a professional appearance *Lift up to 50 pounds *Perform repetitive physical tasks that require lifting, pushing and pulling of material / product and standing throughout each shift Candidates will need to have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
