Hello all! I have a huge space, 500 square feet, available that was once used by a musician for acoustic rehearsals. It's currently open for your use -- whatever that may be. Yoga lessons? Private krav maga? Personal meditation room? Touring string quartet needs a room to work out some kinks? This is your space! The room is fitted with outlets and huge windows for excellent light and atmosphere. Restroom is available inside the main house (has an external entrance). Plenty of neighborhood street parking for any number of cars. Rates start at $25/hr with a two-hour minimum, available most weeknights and weekends. Open to negotiating for weekly use or long sessions. Less than ten minutes from downtown Portland.
