Hiring movers for pick up asap!!

Hi I’m a driver coming into town ( Seaside and I need help doing a pick up job moving a home from Seaside Oregon oklahoma. This is an 8 hr minimum @ $160 job and will be for 2 days. Expect more than 8 hrs a day. They will pay you from the time you start until everything is done and loaded up to my truck. So I’m looking for professional movers guys that have been doing this for a while guys that know how to wrap shrink wrap bubble cardboard crate the customer’s belongings. I need good wrappers runners stackers. The moving company will pay each worker 20$ Per hr Please show up and don’t bs if I see you work and you don’t even know how to wrap a chair or handle a dresser or anything expect to get payed the minimum @ 15$ am hr. I’m looking for professionals only guys that aren’t lazy don’t run away from the big pieces I need guys that know how to handle pianos armoires dressers frames etc.I need people that know how to disassemble frames tables etc. the moving company will pay even more for the guys that do the baby grand piano professionally. I need serious and reliable workers that can get to the job on time and not leave the team hanging. I need about 4 or 5 workers. Must have reliable transportation and tools to do the moving job. Again this customer is going to Oklahoma I want nothing damaged or broken or it’s on you. I will provide the moving pads shrink wrap bubble wrap tape boxes etc. we will get everything ready first meaning packed and ready to get loaded then I have to do an inventory of everything nothing gets loaded onto the truck until it is written down on the inventory sheet.I need guys that can stack a truck professionally and neatly without damaging or breaking anything. Please guys no thief’s no shows flakes etc if I see you steal I swear I’ll send you home with no pay. I don’t mind or care if guys take breaks or lunch or do what they have to do just help me get this job done professionally make the customer want to give us a tip. We want to make them happy and show them that we are taking care of their belongings.
