Looking for help around Garden

Good day. I am a disabled woman with a garden in her backyard. I recently had 2 employees helping me around the Garden. Unfortunately, they have moved on and now I am looking for some assistance. Garden experience is preferred but not required as long as you are a hard worker and a fast learner. Some of the job requirements are as follows: 1) Weed pulling 2) Carrying heavy items (such as pots, pallets, etc.) 3) Watering/fertilizing plants 4) Mixing compost 5) Planting/Potting, etc. These are the only things I can think of at the moment, but I can assure you there will be plenty of other things to do. We are very easy going and lenient, but we do expect you to work hard. Because we will be inviting you into our home, a resume and references are required, and possibly even a background check, but that is something I will consider. Pay is $15/hour, and we can guarantee between 20-40 hours per week depending on what is needed. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who may be interested in learning how to garden. We are looking for someone with integrity and who is trustworthy, and if things go well, and if you so desired, this could turn into a long-term, full-time position.
