Singer wanted for a mantra and kirtan music ensemble. Singing role is for response singing, or harmony vocals for mantra music. To accompany lead singer. Music to include: Sacred music, music from Indian and the Middle East, medicine songs, ecumenical sacred songs combined with meditation. Singers familiar with kirtan, yoga, sanskrit, mantra and meditation. Willing to gig for the love of it. Open to gigs around Chicago, Evanston, Woodstock. Possibly Wisconsin and Indiana festival gigs. Rehearsal in Evanston needed. With ancillary option of McHenry IL. Looking to start now for end of June gigs.
