Need Experienced Foster for Two 6 Week Old Kittens

My neighbor brought me two cuties last night-- two 6-week-old kittens who need an experienced foster to take them in, nurture them, then eventually find them a great home (after neutering and vaccinations). No mom was around, and these poor babies were trying to drink from a swimming pool (very scary!) The kittens are getting friendlier by the day, and they are white with tiger patches. Very cute. I'm a long-time feline rescuer, but I'm full. Can anyone help? I'm in central Phoenix. Please tell me about your experience.
