Adamas Building Services is NOW HIRING Concierge/Front Desk Associates with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We currently have a Full-Time opening in Philadelphia, PA.
The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
• Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination
• Check-in and announce incoming guests
• Receiving packages and deliveries
• Resolve complaints from residents/guests
• Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
Schedule
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MORNINGS, AFTERNOONS, and OVERNIGHTS
Pay: $15 Per Hour
• Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience (1 year)
• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
• Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Must pass comprehensive background checks

• Full Time Employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days with a 401k match after one year of employment.
