We are a family owned and operated online retailer of golf cart parts and accessories currently located in Northwest Austin just south of Toll 45 and IH 35 intersection. We will be relocating to our New Building in June 2022 to Liberty Hill. We’re in need of a hardworking, highly motivated warehouse specialist to help with an array of responsibilities that will help support our rapid growth. Main Responsibilities: - Amazon FBA Prep (labeling, packing, boxing) - We ship a lot of products to Amazon Fulfillment centers and the accuracy of these shipments is extremely important. Preparation includes, but is not limited to, pulling parts, boxing parts, labeling each part and packaging each item - Receiving/Stocking of Inventory - Daily shipments that range in size from large pallets to small boxes. - Customer Return Item Allocation - Returned items will need to be inspected once received, then inventoried and placed in the proper warehouse location. - Warehouse Organization - An organized and clean warehouse is a successful warehouse - Order Packaging - We ship over 400+ items daily. Requirements: You must be hard working and willing to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled. Ability to lift 70+ lb boxes will be an everyday duty and is required. Punctuality is a must. This position requires all team members to arrive early (on time is late), work at least 8 hours a day and be willing to work overtime if needed. Receiving large inventory shipments daily that must be counted/inventoried for accuracy and put in appropriate locations. We ship tire/wheel assemblies daily that will need packaging. Daily cleaning and organizing of warehouse is also expected. Hours: This position is full time. Hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Overtime is not required; however, daily duties are expected to be completed by end of day. We do not discourage working past 8 hours. Pay Rate: Starting Pay is $15.00 / Hour. However, pay will depend on your work ethic and productivity. We are reasonable; the harder you work, the more you will get paid. Additional Compensation: Bonuses are given frequently as well as work evaluations to determine pay raises.
