Berco of America Quality Inspector FULL-TIME $16/hr W229 N1420 Westwood Drive, Waukesha, WI 53186 This position has a $1/hour shift differential. The Quality Inspector duties include: -Interpreting detailed blueprints, work orders, engineering specifications, and routing sheets to determine production standards and tolerance limits. -Recommending methods of assembly, welding, and production. -Inspecting finished products for paint quality and thickness, welding quality, dimensions, fit, blast profile, and appearance. -Routing product for re-work. -Completing all required records and paperwork to include inspection reports, damage reports, return reports, and re-work orders. -Ensuring finished product is packaged and loaded correctly to minimize possible damage during transportation. -Analyzing inspection results and assist in addressing and resolving production problems causing deviations from existing standards. -Communicating with plant supervision noted deviations of tolerances and quality. -Recommending modifications of existing quality or production standards or instructions to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability. -Making recommendations regarding safe working methods. -Following all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. -Complying with all safety and sanitation regulations.
