This is a very sweet dog in a bad situation. The owners had to move into an assisting living and couldn't take him with them. Someone is supposed to be going to feed him but they haven't been going. I live an 1 1/2 from the and work fulltime so I can only go feed him once a week. He's around 3 years old. If you can help him please contact me. Thanks
