Sr. Program Manager – Demand Execution

This is a new role as part of Lam’s expansion in Phoenix, AZ. The new facility will be located in North Phoenix off Hwy-17. This will be a remote position until approximately July 2022, then onsite. Lam’s Program Manager for Demand Execution is focused on the identification of demand requirements in the incorrect fulfillment channel, developing containment plans across stakeholders, and managing execution of containment actions. Secondary responsibilities include create and execute a process to extract data from these events to drive systemic corrective actions into systems and business processes. Requires driving plans and execution across various functional organizations, provide analytics that will be used to drive a higher state of learning that will enable successful change. Job Duties: • Utilize various systems/tools to extract and analyze data (SAP, QuickBase, etc.) • Develop fulfillment containment plans with cross-functional stakeholders • Communicate and execute containment plans • Support the development of new tools to optimize process • Receive and drive internal escalations using Lam formal escalation process • Other activities/tasks as assigned by management Qualifications: • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Computer Science, or related/applicable science • Eight+ years’ proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis • Ability to define problem statements and objectives, development of analysis solution approach, execution of analysis or experiments • Must be able to influence in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed organization • Ability work on multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate organizational, prioritization, and time management proficiencies • Work Location: Remote until approximately July 2022, then onsite Additional requirements include solid communication, collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills; excellent people skills and ability to work in matrix environment. Skills and abilities beneficial for this role include APICS Certification, SAP ERP System and MS knowledge/experience, and demonstrated knowledge in Order Fulfillment processes.
