This is a new role as part of Lam’s expansion in Phoenix, AZ. Location will be in North Phoenix off Hwy-17 and No. Norterra Parkway. This will be a remote position until approximately July 2022, then onsite. Lam’s Process Improvement Program Manager leads initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices. The role supports Lam Spares Repair Ops and COM (Customer Owned Material) Repair/Refurb Ops Team with data extraction, reporting and analytics. Job Duties: • Perform analysis related to Spares Repair and COM Ops business process, using Lam’s Reverse Logistics Management System in SAP (RAMS), Repair Ops Database, Lam’s Quality Defect Reporting System (iQMS), and SAP Material Master • Assist with business process documentation for Reverse Logistics Team and maintain Key Performance Indicators • Value stream mapping exercises with individual team members to highlight opportunities for improvement with quality, efficiency, scalability, etc. • Work with Business Systems Analysts to implement changes in SAP, MS PowerApps, PowerBI, or other tools Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Previous experience with responsibility for directly driving/managing process improvements in a business environment • Proficiency with SAP, Excel, Word, Visio and other MS Tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes with sustained results Success in this role also requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally, and strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work as part of a global team. Additional skills and abilities beneficial for this role include an understanding of MS Access and Lean Methodologies.
