We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Tech. to assist in all maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance and amenity area maintenance for our apartment community (Close to the Millennium Mall). Must have a valid driver's license, HVAC an CPO certification preferred. This opportunity is right for you if you have experience in plumbing, electrical, appliance and HVAC repair and carpentry. Daily Functions include: Complete maintenance work orders for residents, respond and resolve emergency maintenance requests for after business hours, prepare vacant apartments to make rent ready, perform preventive maintenance, support the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in meeting budget requirements, follow company safety policies and make Customer Service a priority. Cleaning duties like cleaning grounds and amenity areas may be required. CPO Certification and Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
