How loud is the train if you live next to the tracks?

I'm hoping to move to Clintonville from out of state and I don't have the chance to visit beforehand. I'm wondering how loud the trains are if you live close to the tracks? I'm not a super heavy sleeper and prefer not to be woken up by train noise... how bad is it if you live a few blocks from the tracks? Or less than a block from the tracks? Please share your experience! Thank you!
